Reiki

Reiki reduces stress and promotes healing by relaxing the body, calming the mind and balancing the flow of Chi through the body. It helps release mental, emotional and physical blocks supporting personal growth and wellbeing. Sessions are available both in-person and through distance healing.

Yin yoga

Yin Yoga is a style of yoga that targets the connective tissues and deeper layers of fascia helping to move the flow of energy (Chi) through the body with longer held passive postures. This style of yoga promotes deep introspection and calming of the mind. Available for private hire both in-person and remotely.
